No matter what your fitness goals, yoga is the ideal complement to your workout routine. “Vinyasa” or “flow” yoga is designed to build breath awareness, strength, stamina, balance, and flexibilty for all fitness levels. Movements are linked together in a flowing series, incorporating breath with movement.
